The staff at Short Hills Surgery Center recently teamed up with Mary’s Meals to sponsor year-long meals for the Monrovia School for the Deaf located in Liberia, a West African nation that borders Sierra Leone, Guinea and Côte d’Ivoire.
The goal of Mary’s Meals is to provide a daily meal in a place of education for children in the world’s poorest communities; to occasionally provide relief for those suffering in any part of the world as a result of humanitarian crises, especially by providing care for orphaned, abandoned and vulnerable children; and to raise awareness of poverty issues through education.
Short Hills Surgery Center received a sponsor certificate from Mary’s Meals International in recognition of our collaboration. We are so grateful to give back and work with such a wonderful charity.
