The HIM/Medical Records Clerk is responsible for providing superior customer service through the medical records process. The HIM/Medical Records Clerk demonstrates understanding of all medical records processes and coordinates all activities of the medical records department. The HIM/Medical Records Clerk demonstrates exceptional communication and follow through skills to ensure appropriate management of all patient medical records and consistently maintains patient confidentiality through all phases of the medical records process.
